  1. These are the list of Pick up and Drop off locations unless otherwise stated in your E-Ticket:

    a. For all trips from Singapore to Malacca (8.00am and 7.00pm) and Kuala Lumpur (8.00am) boarding location and exact timing is:
    • 8.00am / 7.00pm - Kovan hub (Blk 206 Hougang Street 21,#01-k1 Singapore 530206 Kovan MRT Bus Terminal)
    • 8.45am / 7.45pm West Coast Plaza (West Coast Plaza, #02-46, 154 West Coast Road Singapore 127371

    b. For trips to Kuala Lumpur (8.30pm) trips, the boarding location and exact timing is:
    • 8.30p, - Kallang Bahru Express Bus Terminal (near Eminent Plaza).
    • 9.00pm - West Coast Plaza (West Coast Plaza, #02-46, 154 West Coast Road Singapore 127371)

    c. For trips to Port Dickson, the pick up location is at:
    • 9am - Kallang Bahru Express Terminal (near Eminent Plaza)
    • 9.30am - West Coast Plaza (#02-46, 154 West Coast Road Singapore 127371)

    d. For pick up and drop off in Kuala Lumpur and Malacca, the location is at Terminal Bersapadu Selatan (TBS) and Malacca Sentral Bus Station respectively.
    • City Express coach counter at Terminal Bersapadu Selatan (TBS) is COUNTER 53.
    • City Express coach counter at Malacca Sentral is COUNTER 6.

  • No cancellations after issuance of E-Ticket. Any changes will be charged S$5 per change.
